Cancellation & refunds

The short version

Your $5 reservation is fully refundable until public launch. No reasons needed, no deductions.

How to cancel

  1. Sign in at your account with the Google account for the email you reserved with, and choose Request a refund.
  2. Answer a two-minute survey about why, if you like. Every question is optional, and “prefer not to say” or skipping it is fine: it never affects your refund.
  3. A chat opens with the team on your account. Someone replies within two working days; it is a short conversation, not a hurdle, and you don’t have to justify anything.
  4. We approve the refund and send it through Razorpay. You can withdraw your request any time before we approve it.

Can’t sign in? Email [email protected] from the address you reserved with, with the subject “Refund”, and we handle it the same way by email.

When the money arrives

The refund goes to the same payment method you used. Razorpay and your bank usually take up to 7 working days from our approval to show it; UPI refunds are often faster. The refund covers everything you paid, including the processing fee and GST, and we issue a credit note against your invoice. You get a notification and an email when it is approved and again when it is done. Your reservation, and your place in line, end when the refund completes.

Automatic refunds

  • If you were charged twice for the same reservation, we refund the extra payment without you asking.
  • If a payment left your account but the reservation failed, it is refunded automatically by Razorpay or by us.
  • If we decide not to release Ice, every reservation is refunded in full.

After launch

Once Ice is publicly launched and your early access has been delivered, the reservation has done its job and is no longer refundable. We will email every reserver at least 14 days before launch so you can decide.
