Ice is software. A reservation involves no physical goods and no shipping charges.
What is delivered, and how
- Straight away: a payment receipt from Razorpay to the email you entered, and your place in line on screen.
- When your batch is let in: an email from [email protected] with a download link and setup instructions for the early access build.
Timing
Builds are released in reservation order. We don’t promise a date; we email you as soon as yours is ready. If you would rather not wait, you can cancel for a full refund before launch — see refunds.
