These terms govern your use of https://ice.naravirtual.ai (the “site”) and your reservation for early access to Ice, a desktop software product (the “product”). The site and product are operated by Nara Virtual Private Limited (CIN U62099CT2024PTC016870), House No. 40, Atal Awas Colony, Belbhata, Abhanpur, Raipur, Chhattisgarh 493661, India (“we”, “us”). By using the site or making a reservation you agree to these terms.
1. The reservation
A reservation costs $5, plus a 3% payment processing fee and GST where it applies (18% for India), all shown before you pay and charged once: in Indian rupees from India, converted at that day’s rate, and in US dollars elsewhere. You receive a GST invoice from Nara Virtual Private Limited. It places you on the early access list in the order your payment is confirmed. It is not a subscription, does not renew, and is not a purchase of a finished product or of any future paid plan.
Early access means we will offer you pre-release (beta) builds of the product as they become available, in reservation order. We do not guarantee a date, and beta builds may be incomplete, unstable or contain defects.
2. Refunds
You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund at any time before public launch, as set out in our cancellation and refund policy. If we decide not to release the product, we will refund every reservation in full without you needing to ask.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. Your payment details are handled by Razorpay and your bank under their terms; we do not receive or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials. We store the payment reference, amount and status so we can confirm and refund your reservation.
4. Your information
You must give accurate contact details. We use them as described in our privacy policy. One reservation is allowed per email address.
5. Using the pre-release product
When you receive a build, you receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use it for your own purposes. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or attempt to extract its source code except where the law allows. The product may act on your computer at your instruction; you are responsible for the actions you approve and for your use of third-party services and AI model providers you connect to it, which are governed by their own terms.
6. Acceptable use of the site
Do not misuse the site: no automated sign-ups, attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access, or reservations made with someone else’s details or payment method without permission.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The site and pre-release builds are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you in connection with a reservation is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes that affect an existing reservation will be emailed to you, and you may cancel for a full refund if you do not accept them.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer forum you are entitled to approach.
