About the money

What does the $5 reservation get me?

Your place in line for early builds, in the order people reserved, and a direct way to reach the people building Ice. It is a reservation, not a subscription: nothing renews and nothing else is charged.

Can I get my money back?

Yes, all of it (price, fee and GST), any time until public launch. Sign in and choose “Request a refund” on your dashboard: there’s a two-minute survey you can skip, then a quick chat with the team, and we refund the original payment method. Banks usually show it within 7 working days of approval. Can’t sign in? Email [email protected] from the address you reserved with.

How do I pay? Is it safe?

Through Razorpay. From India you pay in rupees with UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets; from elsewhere, by card in US dollars. Card and bank details go to Razorpay and your bank — they never touch our servers. You get a receipt from Razorpay by email.

I reserved twice by mistake.

The site won’t charge an email that already has a reservation. If a second payment did go through from a different email, write to us and we refund it the same week.
